Equipping the People of God for the Work of God

At VISTA, we offer flexible learning opportunities designed to deepen biblical understanding, strengthen theological thinking, and inspire creative engagement with faith. Whether you take a single course or commit to a certification, our programs are built for real life—accessible, practical, and spiritually enriching.

Learning Streams

Our courses and conferences are offered through two interconnected streams:

1.         Theological Education
Explore the Bible, theology, church history, leadership, and discipleship through four foundational categories:

◦         Biblical Understanding

◦         Theology and History

◦         Practical Theology

◦         Missional Church and Discipleship

2.         Christianity and the Arts
Engage with faith through creativity, beauty, and culture in three foundational categories:

◦         Christianity and the Arts (General Overview)

◦         Artistic Expressions of Theology

◦         Theology and Living Aesthetics

Competencies

A Competency recognizes focused study in a specific area.
Complete three courses within one foundational category to earn a Competency in that area.
We currently offer seven Competencies, covering both Theological Education and Christianity and the Arts.
